Working on Xbox fix but for PS5 unblock everyone in your blocked player list, restart you should now be able to access multiplayer.
EA AND XBOX ARE NO HELP, even denied my refund even tho I have brought up this issue since the trial.
NEITHER COMPANY CALLED ME BACK OR HELPED WITH A SOLUTION. XBOX DENIED THE REFUND AND RESTRICTED MY ACCESS TO EVEN CALL THEM.

Most Xbox games have this problem I don’t understand it lol. I never intended to play the game online till after I soloed all the content but seeing how many others have had the problem and now knowing 2 fixes I hope it will help others *sounds stupid*. But anyone having online issues make sure in the wild hearts game setting you actually enable online play in the game settings itself. it you aren’t online it will be set to disabled and you will never be able to play online. So… This happens on Xbox aswell. Thought it’s only on PS5. Wow. Just wow.
My PS5 can’t load in the blocked players after unblocking a few. FFS this is the worst console generation ever.
The incompetence of multi billion Dollar companies… 🤣
