This game brings back memories… My dad didn’t play computer games all that much but he was KING at this one! Spent hours and hours trying to get just through even a few levels. You can download Digger Remastered here - http://digger.org/ - with versions for a bunch of systems, and includes a few extra features. It’s just as good as the original. It even runs on a 286 and includes game recording and playback modes! I remember thinking I’ve really stepped up in the word of video games when I booted this baby up from a 5 1/4" floppy some guy gave me. This also came in the other CGA palette of brown, poop green, and safety cone orange. Fun game but it was really stinking hard! Dropping a sack of gold on two or more Nobbin, Hobbins and whatever his name was is extremely satisfying. Otherwise you end up going to the emulators keyboard list. I remember playing this game for a year before I accidentally hit the f1 key and the gun fired. I must have had a better video card than the emulator provides as I rememeber it being in color.
