Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Since launch, still happening
Is anything else happening? I cannot enable online play. When the game launches I receive a “please reset your password error and QR code, which redirects to EA help to reset a password. I did not have an EA account and nothing to reset. Once I created an EA account, this still does nothing and I am unable to link my Xbox account to EA, error messages or reset password errors always come up.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip..
