i don’t understand what the golden balloons are in poppit bingo.

Once one of the golden balloon is popped, all golden balloons attached in the bunch will pop and unlock three or more numbers for the price of one, Here is what the Golden Balloon looks like Note:You have to be at least rank 3 to use power ups, at which time you get 30 free ones. After that, you’ll have to buy more with your Cactus Cash. You can earn Cactus Cash by popping Prize Balloons, leveling up or getting the 1st, 2nd or 3rd Bingo in a round. You’ll also have the option to purchase Cactus Cash with Gems. The power ups are random and they appear when the Power-up charge meter is fully charged:Here’s what the Power-up charge meter looks like: Partially charged: Once the meter is full, it will display one of four different power-ups. Then just click on the balloon to activate the displayed power-up. Fully charged: If you do not want to use a power-up when it comes up. You can dismiss it by clicking on the trashcan icon. Here is what the Trash can icon looks like: Don’t hesitate to reply back if you still have questions.
