According to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), Randall Ball matched the last six of seven Encore Numbers in the May 4th draw. He bought his golden ticket at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Broadway. Ball has been playing Ontario 49 and Lotto 649 twice a week for the past five years. “My regular morning routine is to check my tickets. I thought at first I won $1,000. I had my daughter confirm and she goes, ‘Ummm dad, it’s $100,000!’ I was so shocked and happy.” He is a retiree and he’s planning to save his winnings for a rainy day.
